My second 3D painting ever depicts the beauty of Mount Rainier National Park.

The original gouache painting is more than meets the eye: layers of hard board, cut to each horizon line with laser precision, spaced evenly and layered on top of one another to create a three-dimensional effect. 

The final product creates a hybrid between a painting and a sculpture that stands alone when you remove the frame.
